Sharon Bliss has curated and coordinated many exhibitions, including "The Illuminated Library." Her publications include The Moment for INK (2013: SF State), México: Política y Poética (2011: Nordiska Akvarellmuseet) and Prison Culture (2010: City Lights Foundation Books). Bliss has guest curated exhibitions for Fototeca de Cuba, SF Camerawork, the San Marco Gallery at Dominican University and other venues. She holds a B.A. from Haverford College and an M.A. in Museum Studies from SF State.
